Nothing on this website constitutes legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created by using this site or submitting an inquiry.

Digital resources license

• Purchases grant a non-exclusive license for use within your own organization.
• Redistribution, resale, or publication of templates and libraries is prohibited.
• Because products are delivered digitally and immediately, sales are generally final; contact us if a file is defective or inaccessible.

Fees and payment

Engagement fees, retainers, and day rates are stated in the applicable proposal. Invoices are due on the terms specified. Digital resources are payable at checkout.

Client responsibilities

Effective consulting requires accurate information and timely access to stakeholders and records. Deliverable timelines assume reasonable client responsiveness.

Intellectual property

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a signed engagement agreement specifies otherwise.
